Jake Waxenberg brings a career spanning credit markets, venture capital, and late-stage private equity, with a consistent focus on financing, building, and scaling complex businesses at every stage of their development.
His operating experience is as deep as his investing background. He was a founding team member at Athos, leading business operations and capital strategy from Series A through Series C, and launched consumer technology companies through M13 Ventures’ Venture Studio. He later spearheaded corporate development at PeerStreet, a digital commercial real estate marketplace with over one billion dollars in transaction volume, and played a central role in the turnaround and public listing of PLBY Group while at Rizvi Traverse.
Jake has worked closely with public company insiders and executive leadership teams to structure bespoke financings, manage liquidity around critical inflection points, and align capital strategy with long-term ownership and control objectives. That work sits at the intersection of institutional credit and strategic advisory and is central to the firm’s structured liquidity practice.
