Brady Beauchamp began his career as an officer in the United States Navy, serving aboard the USS Jimmy Carter, the Navy’s most advanced submarine. Over six years of active duty he served as Department Head and Diving Officer, leading sailors through complex undersea operations. His crew was awarded the Presidential Unit Citation, the nation’s highest unit-level military decoration.
Following his service, Brady built a career spanning institutional investing, venture capital, entrepreneurship, and private credit. As an Investment Associate in Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Private Equity Real Estate group, he focused on acquisitions and asset management across multi-billion-dollar hospitality portfolios. He later served as Investment Principal at NextWave Ventures, commercializing intellectual property from leading universities and national research institutions — work that helped launch venture-backed companies in diagnostics, advanced sensing, and quantitative finance.
Brady co-founded Debut Biotechnology, a synthetic biology platform recognized by TIME in 2025 as one of the World’s 100 Most Influential Companies. Most recently, he served as Director of Venture Investments at GE Vernova, leading direct investments and strategic partnerships across electrification, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing. His incubation work there contributed to the formation of AirJoule Technologies and ThinkLabs AI.
At Argonaut, Brady advises founders, executives, and institutional investors on bespoke financing solutions that unlock liquidity from concentrated equity positions while preserving long-term ownership.
