Bradley Barlow is the Founder and Managing Partner of Argonaut Capital Partners. He brings more than 25 years of experience in private capital markets, with deep expertise spanning transaction structuring, fund formation, strategy, operations, compliance, and governance.
Prior to founding Argonaut in 2021, Mr. Barlow co-founded and operated FPH Capital Partners, a leveraged buyout firm. Before his career in capital markets, he practiced as a transactional corporate attorney, a foundation that continues to inform how Argonaut approaches deal structure and diligence. He has served on and chaired numerous private boards of directors and advisory boards, and has served as interim CEO, COO, and President of multiple operating companies.
Outside of Argonaut, Mr. Barlow served for more than seven years as Chairman of Unlimited Possibilities, formerly UCP of Orange County, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children with disabilities reach their full potential. He played an instrumental role in the organization’s merger with Children’s Hospital of Orange County, the largest pediatric healthcare system in Orange County, California.
Mr. Barlow holds a law degree from Southwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is a licensed FINRA principal broker and a licensed attorney with the State Bar of California.
